National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators

Following meetings with DfE, we are glad to announce that the scholarship funding for the National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) has been extended for a further period with the same eligibility criteria applied.
The eligibility criteria remains unchanged, therefore all candidates working in a category 5 or 6 area, and those working in MATs or dioceses which cover those areas, will be guaranteed funding.  If you have any questions regarding eligibility or the category 5 & 6 local districts then please get in touch.

If you are outside of a funded area then we are currently offering EARLY BIRD discount for all candidates registered by the end of May.  The hope being that we have a clearer picture of the resource needed for academic year 2019/2020 ahead of the recruitment window closing on the 26th July.

The Scholarships programme is a real opportunity for those in the relevant areas to take a strategic view of succession planning, talent retention and leadership development by putting cohorts through the Middle Leadership, Senior Leadership, Headship and Executive Leadership qualifications.
